The Borgo del Balsamico

Balsamico's Borgo is the brand and at the same time the line that was first created within the company.

The name comes from the place where our family was born, where the project was born, where the ancient Acetaia that started it all is located.

The Borgo line starts from the first and most precious product, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP and from there develops the Brand that best represents us.

A brand for the most discerning palates, for those seeking unique aesthetics and quality at the highest level.

The know-how that has allowed us to produce the Traditional for years has been fundamental to study and focus on the recipes for the other products: Condiments and Balsamic Vinegars of Modena PGI aged together with many other special products such as fruit juice condiments or chocolate.

The customisation of the pack for us is fundamental, starting with the embossed branded bottles that make us recognisable worldwide, and then the coloured cartons that define our unmistakable signature.

Naturally, the Borgo products use natural 100% ingredients from certified supply chains of Italian origin.
